Coaching & Training Plans
Each training program that Lee writes is bespoke to you. It is his aim to combine sound training principles and his experience with your current fitness level and lifestyle so we maximise your abilities and enjoyment of the sport.
How does it work?
Initially you will be asked to fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). Once you have submitted this, Lee will be in touch to discuss your past running history, racing and training experiences, daily lifestyle, strengths/weaknesses, past injuries, goals and ambitions.
Based upon these discussions he will then provide you with your first months training plan for your perusal. His online coaching support will be based upon your personal ambitions and each week will be agreed in advance. Each training plan is realistic and achievable for your schedule and commitments.
Critical to your success is your feedback! It is important to discuss and share ideas, overcome problems or setbacks and make improvements.
